Please contact me within 1 (one) week of delivery, to arrange return of the item. Returns will not be accepted for prints damaged after receipt. Ideally, please return the print in the tube it was delivered in, or make sure that the print is safely and securely wrapped. Return postage is paid for by the customer. The refund amount will be for the cost of the print, minus the original postage and packing charge. If a refund cannot be made by the original method of payment then a refund will be issued by cheque.
How do I know that the print is authentic?
All images are original works of art and uniquely created by Caroline Smith.
Each print is signed and dated by the artist, and ships with a certificate signed by the artist to confirm authenticity.
Will my print fade over time?
All the prints are created using archival quality inks that last for over 100 years. They are extremely age resistant.
How are the prints created?
All the prints are giclée prints created on a 12 colour Canon IPF 8000 using Canon Lucia pigmented inks. The paper is Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 gsm with a 100% cotton rag content. Print resolution is 1200 dpi. This process results in archival giclee prints with amazing D-max (black) saturation, depth and colour.
